Anyone traveled to Venezuela? the beaches or islands...?

I am a 30 yr old man, just ended a 5 year relationship. I have friends who been to Venezuela (for work) and loved it. I work overseas and met friends who live there and said I should go. The people and culture is amazing. They said that they saw the most beautiful women there. I want to go. Any advice..
