I want my ahri to be blonde?

My mom said she would do my hair on the weekend right no it is a little blonde and mainly brown i want here to make it blonde and she is apro at hair top hair salon back in the 70's-90's well i just want it blonde and my eyebrows waxed but she says it will look face i don't want it white just kind of golden how could i explain to her how i wnat it done my hair is shoulder lenght and i also want some good ideas on how to do it up after the hair do up any ideas???
