Do any other women here find that often, 'y' clothing often = bersome/restructive/painful… etc?

I love my christian louboutin high heels but thank jesus I dont have to wear them all day long or anything cause after a while they hurt like a *****- and sometimes, when walking from a restaurant to the car with my girlfriends, i cant help but think that if someone were to attack me, it would be hard for me to run away in my heels - i could actually DIE of vanity! But where does this vanity, this need for beauty come from? the media? society? IF you look at what men wear, they are so much more comfortable than womens clothes generally. Men woudl never bother with bersome clothes like women do. So why does bersone = beautiful?
