2 mins commercial break for every 2:30 mins of game time - Bloody Disgraceful!

I am watching the USA vs China Basketball game right now and may I ask why bloody Channel 7 put a 2 minutes commercial break on after every 2:30 minutes of game time and go to commercial in the middle of the game? Just like the AFL broadcast on Sunday afternoon, this is an absolute disgrace! Channel 7 does not have a clue on how to broadcast sports, any big sporting events out there should be broadcast by Channel Ten or Nine or even SBS because they are definitely bringing 'the game' to Australian. Where Channel 7 is more interested in advertising to Australian. Bloody Disgraceful!
