Could anyone give me any college recommendations please?

All of your choices are good. I'd say Penn State from your list or whatever school has the best programs for your fields of interest. If you move far away from home, it is best to have a friend going to the same college you're going to. I had to learn that one the hard way. The pressures of college are hard enough let alone being by yourself without friends or family. I'm from PA too...south central area
