Take Trade 1 IMMEDIATELY. Chris Johnson, despite playing for the Titans (they suck), is a great running back, one of the best in the league. Wes Welker proved his worth against the Titans and I would look for Brady to target him more. Julius Jones is mediocre at best so he is unimportant in this trade. You need better RBs in case one of them gets hurt.
