My grandad and his history?

well i found out about my grandad 2years ago robbed a few banks when my dad was in his early 20's. im just so curious about the whole thing and apparently he was in all the news paper's (english newspapers) and too scared to ask my dad to you have any idea about what he did and stuff. i am asking to see if any of you can find any newpaper clippings of it on the net my grandad was called james palmer. in happened with in the late eightes early ninety's. please dont call me weird im just curious.
