Odd disease in guppy tank?

is your fishtank gl or plastic? plastic tanks are porous and harbor bacteria. if it is plastic, i recomend switching to gl. also, stop all treatments and use "coppersafe" do not do water changes after using the coppersafe, and replace the filter asap. it sounds like bacteria. good luck!
