I work at Target. I was recently asked to cover a department and was told by current supervisor that someone would relieve me before I finished my work day without a break. Now I am being penalized for going over the hrs worked without a break and I feel that it was the supervisor that needed to cover me while I went on my break. Now I have to complete another 12 mths of probation because I was penalized, they also want me to sign a doent in which it indicates that it was my fault, when it was my supervisors call to relieve me. I feel like Target and the supervisors are going against the california laws and are making me feel like it was my responsibility to leave the department unattended to go on my break. I went to our HR department for advice and all I was given was scrutinizing allegations that it was their word against mine and that I should of known better. Safest way to heat an old trailer in cold New England.?

My large home burned down .I cannot afford another house. I own an old 1966 Holly Park trailer that is impossible to live in in cold Winter months. The heating system is old, forced hot air by propane.gas. I am forced to live here now. I am terrified. I have some insurance money coming and want to know the SAFEST way to heat this trailer in frigid weather. I want to install a new heating system that will not blow up, catch fire, etc. The trailer only has 60 amp. fuse electricity.I want to make this place as safe as is humanly possible. I'm 15 y/o, and I have never been an ardently religious person, but I always had faith that I'd make it through the day, I didn't pray often, but I did so rather regularly. I have a 1995 Ford Probe SE and it has a bad vibration coming from the front left.?

When I accelerate there is a hard vibration in the front left wheel and when I let off the gas it stops, but I can still feel some vibration. When it vibrates I can hear it loudly. It doesn't do this while driving in reverse though. The boots on the cv axle are good. Even though it does it while driving straight and it has good axle boots, could it be the cv axle or what? XPS M1730 Custom Laptop?

Wow, that's a lot of power, and a lot of money. I have a dell XPS M1530 with a Pentium Dual Core, 4Gig RAM, 120Gig HD, Nvidia 8000 series video card and it does excellently with gaming. Personally, I couldn't see spending that much on a laptop. I got mine for a third of the price and haven't been sorry. So, to answer your question, yes it would be great for gaming, but I think a lot of the specs you chose are a bit superfluous.

Not all VA Hospitals perform Cardiothoracic surgery. I think there's one up in Iowa that does, but I know others that refer such patients to civilian hospitals. Civilian doctors in war zones are EXCEPTIONALLY rare individuals. I met ONE when I was a Medic in Vietnam, but he was the only one I ever saw. I understood he was running from some sort of legal problems in the States, so he was sort of hiding out in Vietnam. I'm not even sure he was on the payroll, but he was an EXCELLENT ER/Trauma doc, so we didn't really much care about his history or legal status. We just knew him as a very good doctor, but kind of a strange duck. If you're taking up medicine to make money, please do all of us a favor and become a vacuum cleaner repairman instead. They make excellent money, too.

The amount of irritation and inflammation can affect how obvious the cherry eye condition is . If your dog had rubbed his eye and gotten it very inflamed, it could have been more swollen and red yesterday than it is today. Cherry eye will not go away on it's own, the third eyelid gland has to be surgically reattached into the proper position. Getting into the Marine Corp?

You can try for the Marine Corps but their similar to the Air Force right in the way of, they have more people applying than open slots. So it would be hard to get a waiver from them. The Army on the other hand, they need as many ppl as they can get, and its a well known fact they have the highest chances for handing waviers. As long as it was not a felony and by the looks of the charges it doesnt seem to be, they might accept but since you have repeated violations, im not sure. Why the need to have such an overweening respect for someones religious beliefs?

As an agnostic I am curious as to why it is deemed disrespectful to question someone on why they believe what they believe when it comes to their religious affiliation. It is seen as healthy debate when people discuss and debate their political views and such like, but question someones religion and it then becomes disrespectful and personal attacks on my personal beliefs usually ensue. I find that just by questioning some peoples beliefs out of genuine curiosity as to why they believe what they believe normally results in a heated conversation. Why cant believers and non-believers discuss their views in an objective, open-minded way.

How can i help my granddaughter who has selective mutism?

my daughter is a single parent and has two little girls that are 4 and 6 and they have lived with me ever since the youngest was born so i have practically been raising them myself because my daughter is going to school full time and wants to live her life. i love them as much or more than if i had them myself but i don't know how to help my youngest granddaughter who has selective mutism.I sent them both to preschool since they were two but the youngest one has never spoke a word at school since she started three years ago.she didn't mind going to school when her sister was going but now that her sister has started kindergarten at public school she is fighting having to go to preschool. I would take her out of school but I'm afraid she will not be able to keep up in kindergarten when she starts next year and I don't know if that would be good for her selective mutism either. The main reason I keep sending her to preschool is that she is learning.I don't know how she learns since she doesn't participate but she is. she knows her colors most of her letters,numbers and shapes. she knows matching what's missing ,patterns and can memorize bible verses and even whole books but she only lets us at home know this.I mostly want to know if I'm harming her or helping her by keeping her in school. The doctors we've seen here don't seem to know very much about it except that she has this disorder but can't seem to offer any advise as to what to do about it and how we can help her. these cars were great for fuel pumps craping out. if it starts after sitting awhile or after you pound on the bottom of the gas tank a few times with a rubber mallet it's probably a bad pump. no safety switch on these cars. also try switching the asd relay with another similar relay and the same with the fuel pump relay. if you find it is a fuel pump you may need to replace the connectors due to dirt and corrosion. these can be aquired at a chrysler dealer. check the electrical connector with test light. one wire will flash the light when cranking, one is grd., one is fuel sending unit. sorry, right off hand i don't recall which is which though

I was wondering if there exist an equation which I could use to compute for the voltage/current at the other end of the resistor given the voltage/current at the other end. I need to compute the exact voltage/current at the end independent of the whole network. Example, consider a 100-ohm resistor connected in series to parallel resistors 20-ohm and 40-ohm. How can I get the voltage/current at the 20-ohm resistor without considering the others? Likewise how can it be done on the 100-ohm. I don't really need the specific resistor any resistor in the said network will be fine. P.S. I have tried ohm's law, if there is a better way, I would really appreciate it. Quantum mechanics, particle physics formulas would also help (as well as links). Thanks in advance ☺

If you move far away from home, it is best to have a friend going to the same college you're going to. I had to learn that one the hard way. Our next door neighbour, for an unknown reason (we have never had a cross word with them and I often used to talk to his girlfriend), has pulled our wing mirrors off twice, scratched our bonnet and slashed a tyre twice, all whilst the car was outside our house. We caught him on video slashing the first tyre and as we had reported every incident to the police, we gave it to them and this time, they took a statemtent (this was the fourth time he had damaged our car) the police ured us before xmas that he would be arrested and questioned and nothing happened. He then slashed another tyre on sunday, between 3.30pm and 5.00pm when we found the car, and the local policeman rang us up and ured us he would be arrested within 24 hours and once again, he did not go through with it. Can we complain about the local policeman as he has been very unhelpful throught the whole thing and if so, who are we best complaining to? Also, if we can get the video back from the police, can we take our neighbour to court oursleves? We understand we can only get him done for the one tyre, and not the �800 worth of damage, this includes a hire car, he has done in the past. if we did, would it be worth our time and money? This has put us under a huge amount of stress, especially knowing that he has done this, and we are saving for our wedding and really could not afford to spend the money we have spent. Any advice would be appreciated. As a addition, we live in England. Thank you, you have given me some hope that we can get this sorted.

I barely finished Bad Girls Club [Season 5]?

This was, for sure, my favorite season! It was kind of addicting. Lol, did anyone else watch every episode? It was so full of drama! I hated Natalie the most, just a horse-faced gold digger! I liked Lexi, Amber, and Kendra because they seemed to be the most real. Flo was very two-faced, and Annie was annoying as hell! Kate seemed alright at first, but I slowly stopped liking her, and now I pretty much don't like her at all. Oh I think Portia was my favorite! Problem dogs next door?

My neighbour has three huskies who are kept outside. Which is not a problem, I love dogs and they are so much fun to watch. Two problems though 1 - they stink!! They have an outside pen (fenced area) which has been covered in little stone pebbles. Obviously the urine and stuff is just seeping through the pebbles into the ground and their is a stench all the time. 2 - they howl and bark throughout the night! This is a new thing and has just been happening all this week. Do you think I would sould like a busy, body neighbour if I spoke to their owner about it. I looked out my window at 4am this morning and the owner was out with the dogs as they were previously howling.

I've heard that when you fill up the holes you should put her own feces in with it. That might keep her from digging in that spot. Dogs don't like messing with their own feces. You might have to keep up with it for a little while but hopefully she'll lose interest in digging if she keeps finding her waste.

How do i stop liking him?

i live in japan via the US Navy with my husband whose in the navy. If I buy a used car from NC and I don't live near there, when it breaks down do I have to tow it back there?

I am looking at an '06 Lexus from NC. I live in VA. The dealer's webpage says it still has a warranty, a lifetime one at that, which makes me kind of wary as that is a tad bit unreal. Anywho, if it broke down would I have to take it all the way back to NC, possibly via tow, just to get it fixed under warranty?!?!?! P.S. the nearest lexus dealer is 56 miles away. That's still kind of far and I don't think they would honor the other dealer's warranty. This is my first car so I am really new to this.

Was I right to expect to be treated better?

My husband accused me of going out with another man the other day when I was actually sick and sleeping. He claimed he tracked my phone and it said it was somewhere other than our house, which I know is a lie because my phone was laying right next to me on the bed. He refused to apologize when he found out the truth and so I refused to talk to him. He then called me up the next day and as soon as I answered the phone he started screaming at me about some transaction made on HIS card that I have no access to. So I screamed right back and told him that if he expects to be treated with respect then he better learn to treat me the same way and I told him I was tired of the one way philosophy he seemed to view things. He then accused me of being with some other man and choosing my friends over him and on and on and on. I have put up with a lot of his crap this past year, he cheated on me with atleast 3 different women that I know of, moved in with one of them, completely drained our money, turned his back on our 2 month old daughter, this list could go on forever! I dont believe in jumping into a divorce so I tried to make it work but it seems like every time I turn around he is talking down to me, belittling me, and being just a horrible husband. He hasnt called in 3 days (he is gone on buisness 3 weeks a month) to ask about his daughter or me and when I asked him today why, he just said because I dont want him. He is refusing to answer my calls and when I asked him if its over he wont respond...idk what to do. I'm an adult with 3 children to raise, I dont need to be playing middle school games with the man that is supposed to be my husband. Help me please!
